Gail Johnnie provided excellent customer service in helping me switch my auto policies!! She looked over my existing policy and recommended some changes that made a lot sense to me. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the cost for the policy was almost the same as I had been paying before... but with more benefits to me! When I had a very specific, detailed question, she offered to find the information for me and quickly responded with exactly what I needed. Thank you Gail!

We were longstanding clients of the Good Neighbor Insurance Company for 35 years until an unexpected termination of our policy following two minor home claims. My experience with CHI has been nothing but amazing since I walked through the door the first time. My circumstances are never the norm, always complicated lol but they make what seems to be impossible flawless and they carry the weight of any burdens I have had. I continue to use them for all my needs. I have several policies with them and know they will take care of me no matter how difficult and time consuming my needs are.
